How is this course structured

Types of activities

Resources. Each resource is an article, a job aid, or a sample dealing with different topics related to learning and training game.

Assignment. An assignment is a task you must complete before a specific due date. Most modules have one or two assignments for each module.

Forum. A forum is a place to discuss your experiences and reactions with other participants. You can respond to other people's comments and questions or add your own questions.

Web Game. You play a web game to practice recalling and applying important content and concepts from the library resources. The web game feature timers, score boxes, and different levels of difficulty.

How the modules are organized

Each module is organized into three areas:

Library. This area contains information, tools, and samples to help you master the module objectives and to successfully complete the application test for the module.

SandBox. This area contains web games to provide you practice in recalling and applying the content from the library.

Assessment Center. This area contains the final test for the module. The assignment will be job-related assignment.

Your learning process

This course is different from other e-learning courses that you may have suffered through.

You have total control of how you learn.

  • If you are a riguros structured type of participant, you may begin at the library and proceed to the sandbox and the assessment center.
  • If you are a wild and impulsive participant, you may hop, skip, and jump your way among the modules and sections.
  • If you feel lucky you may skip all of the studying, go directly to the Assessment Center, and complete the assignment.

We put the emphasis more on helping you achive all the knowledge that you need in order to get the results that are usefull for you and for the job you are doing.

We designed this course to be engaging. We are not interested in spoon-feeding you. We want you to take responsibility for your own learning.
